Community Workouts vs. the 21-Day Metabolic Reset
What is the Burn360 Community?
The Burn360 Community was designed as a way for you to continuously get new workouts (and a whole lot more!) after finishing the 21-Day Metabolic Reset. We have thousands of amazing women from all over the world! It truly is an inspiring group of gals who are so much fun to connect with to help you reach your goals.
The Format
Inside the community, I post a brand new workout challenge every three weeks to keep your body guessing and calories burning!
The format of the workouts that are part of the Burn360 Community (we call them the "dailies") are similar to the workouts in the 21-Day Metabolic Reset in that they are all full-body exercises using compound (multi-muscle) movements performed in a HIIT format. You'll get a bunch of new exercises, and I'm always changing things up, so the workouts are always fresh!
Every workout also has a built-in interval timer to make things easy to follow and stay on track.
Each workout also has a comments section where we share our individual wins and challenges, ask questions, and support each other. It's super motivating and fun doing the workouts "together." (We're probably having too much fun!)
The Schedule
The schedule is a little bit different than the 21-Day Metabolic Reset. In the 21-Day Metabolic Reset, each week, we do three dumbbell workouts, two HIIT cardio workouts, one active recovery day, and one rest day. The workout challenges inside the Burn360 Community have three dumbbell workouts, three HIIT cardio workouts (you'll have both equipment and no equipment options), and one rest (or recovery) day.
A new workout challenge is posted every three weeks. You'll repeat the same weekly workout schedule (the workouts are different every day) from week to week for three weeks. This is important because it allows you to improve upon all the different workouts from week to week to keep making progress (you'll be shown exactly how to do this).
It's incredibly motivating to see how much stronger and fitter you'll get from week to week and be able to tackle the workouts better each time. After we finish the three weeks, we move on to a new 3-week challenge to keep your body guessing so you can avoid hitting a plateau and keep getting results!
