How Much Time the Workouts Take

All of the workouts are 20-25 minutes. Burn360 is based on short, high-intensity strength & cardio training. I incorporate full-body, functional exercises, interval training, and circuit training. It's my "Secret Sauce" to get you a rockin' bod without having to spend hours in the gym each week. Like Kimberly Wilkins said, "Ain't nobody got time for that!"
