Beginners vs. Advanced

If you're a beginner (or if it's just been a while)

It doesn't matter if you've never worked out a day in your life or if you used to exercise and have fallen off of the bandwagon and let yourself go. You can totally do this!  I'm going to show you how to start out easy and build your strength and endurance back up. Even though Burn360 is a high-intensity program, the workouts are completely scalable to your individual fitness level. Inside the program, I explain how you can decrease (or increase) the intensity level of each workout so you can progress at a pace that’s right for you. You got this!

If you're a regular exerciser or an athlete

Even if you're a total gym rat, you will be shocked at how quickly Burn360 will get you even better and faster results compared to "traditional" workouts.  I've designed Burn360 to be scalable, so if you're a workout veteran, just follow my instructions on how to ramp up your intensity to double (or even triple) your calorie burn.  Additionally, the program has helped many athletes drastically improve their game as it helps to build strength, coordination, and speed.
