Exercising with Shoulder Issues

Many women come into Burn360 with existing shoulder issues like bursitis, arthritis, overuse injuries, etc... and are able to do the program with modifications. Inside the program, you get access to my Shoulder Injury Management guide for free. (If you already have a Burn360 account, you can access the guide here.)

Inside, I show you how to modify or substitute any overhead pushing or pulling movements to lessen the load on your shoulders.:

  • Exercises for shoulder mobilization
  • Shoulder rehab exercise protocols
  • A list of exercise modifications & substitutes for all exercises that involve your shoulders

If your injury is moderate and you can do the suggested movements without pain, you're all set. If your injury is more severe, I suggest you see a physical therapist and rehab your shoulder before starting Burn360.  Women with severe shoulder issues have done the program wearing a weighted vest (instead of using dumbbells) and eliminated overhead movements until the injury improves and the pain subsides.
