Exercising while Pregnant

First, you should ask your doctor (I'm not a doctor, and I cannot give you medical advice). However, generally speaking, exercising while pregnant is fine (lots of expecting mamas are doing Burn360). But since it's a high-intensity program, I recommend you lower the intensity of the workouts while that baby's cooking. It's important that you don't overdo it.
