First, congrats on your new babe, mama!
Even though Burn360 is a high-intensity workout program, the workouts are completely scalable to your individual fitness level. I always want to meet you where you're at. In the program, I show you how to decrease (or increase) the intensity level of each workout so you can progress at a pace that’s right for you. I also provide modifications for all exercises that are “advanced."
If you're nursing, I don't recommend restricting calories at this time. Breastfeeding burns lots of calories, so your body needs extra calories right now to feed your little one. My friends affectionately called me a "garbage disposal" while I was nursing. ;-) My advice here is to make clean food choices.
For now, put your effort into the workouts and make progress each week. Focus on building strength. I always tell people to focus on "getting strong" rather than "losing weight" because getting strong does
both.
