Repeating Meals
There are four different meal plans available to you inside Eat360 based on your total calorie needs (the calculator will provide you with that number).
Each meal plan is seven days and you'll repeat it for three weeks, while you're doing the 21-Day Metabolic Reset.
Why do I do it this way? When starting a new nutrition plan, studies show that it's best to repeat meals to increase your chances of adherence and success. My intention is to offer a nice variety, but not so much that it becomes overwhelming.
I also aim to keep the recipes great tasting, but quick to make -- I'm a busy mom, I get it!
