Exercising for Your Age
There’s no such thing as being too old! Burn360 is based on the principle that fitness is based on intensity rather than duration (quality over quantity). So, being able to give your best effort is the key to getting the most out of the program, no matter your age.
Here's the thing about intensity: It can be increased or decreased based on your current fitness level. Even though your effort levels may not look exactly the same as someone younger, the positive effects are the same. That means by doing the program to the best of your individual abilities, you’ll be able to burn more fat and increase your fitness level - no matter your age.
I was born in 1978 (I'll let you do the math), and most of the women doing Burn360 are also in their 40's and 50's, and some are in their 60's. The most important thing to keep in mind is that all workouts and exercises are scalable -- from the exercises, load, rest intervals, and speed, any or all of these variables can be easily adjusted to your current fitness level so you can do the program safely and at your own pace.
