Repeating The 21-Day Metabolic Reset

You can repeat the 21-Day Metabolic Reset with the modifications I've listed at the bottom of this page. However, it's important to know that no exercise program should be continuously repeated without any changes.  Why?  Our bodies are smart!  When you repeat the same workouts over and over, your body becomes very efficient, which means it doesn't have to work as hard. And that means less calorie burning for you. That's one of the biggest reasons people hit a plateau despite exercising, so we don't want to let that happen!

How to keep your body guessing (and calories burning!)

To keep calorie burning on high, we've got to change things up to keep your body guessing. That's why I created the  Burn360 Community, where I post a brand new workout challenge every three weeks.  This is the program I follow in my real life, so I'm doing all the same workouts along with you.

...And, it's not just workouts!  As a member, you get a whole lot more including new recipes posted weekly, forum access, personal support, and daily coaching. You also get access to 150+ videos including exercises, mobility, and rehab protocols.

People who loved the  21-Day Metabolic Reset love being part of the Burn360 Community -- and we now have thousands of amazing women from all over the world. It truly is an inspiring group of gals who are so much fun to connect with to help you reach your goals.

How to repeat the 21-Day Metabolic Reset

If membership is not an option for you, you can repeat the 21-Day Metabolic Reset (your purchase is a one-time payment and you get lifetime access so you can access it any time).

If you'd like to repeat it, the next time around try to increase your intensity by:

  • Using heavier weights (even a small increase makes a big difference!)
  • Shortening your rest periods
  • Increasing your tempo

You can change one or any combination of those variables. Changing things up will help keep your body guessing so you avoid hitting a plateau. You should not repeat the program more than  twice in a row. Remember, no workout program should be repeated back-to-back, over and over again.
