Alternate Workout Schedule for Nurses & Shift Workers
If you work long shifts a few days per week and don't have time to exercise on those days, you can change up the schedule.
For example, many nurses work three twelve-hour shifts per week and don't want to workout on those days. With the four remaining days, I recommend you do the three dumbbell workouts (those are the most important for getting results quickly) and one of the HIIT cardio days.
Try to break up the dumbbell workouts by putting the HIIT cardio in between if your workout days are back-to-back. Normally, I like you to do the dumbbell workouts every other day (to allow for more recovery time), with HIIT cardio in between.
