What is the Nutrition Plan Like?

My nutrition plan, Eat360, is included with your purchase of the 21-Day Metabolic Reset at no extra cost. My approach is called "carb-cycling," (this is not keto!) so you're not going to eliminate carbs. Instead, you’ll eat carbs strategically. That is, more carbs on the days you need more fuel for energy (i.e. higher-intensity workout days) and fewer carbs on the days you don't (rest/recovery days).

Meal plans, recipes, and calorie/macro ratios (and calculator) are all included. The meal plans and recipes are designed to go right along with the workout schedule, so it's easy to follow. 
I aim to keep the recipes simple, but great tasting. However, if the meals I provide aren’t your thing, no worries! Feel free to do your own, just stick to the daily calories and macros provided. I also recommend you stick to whole, nutrient-dense foods (i.e. avoid junk), and you'll do just fine.
